I play this dog training video on my computer with Dvix Player & VLC Player.  I created this video in Dvix Author. 
You can play it in a stand alone DVD player and watch it on your TV, (I think you can, I don't have a DVD player
attached to my TV so I couldn't test it.)  If you want to watch the video in Windows Media Player you can change the
file extension to .avi and it will play just fine in Windows Media Player.
